Max is a 5 year old male Deerhound Cross. He is a handsome grey, wire haired deer hound type dog. He has a lovely nature and loves to play. Max had a home before he came to the shelter and had a pretty free life.

He isn’t a good eater so he gets fed extra food at the shelter but he is very easily distracted and sometimes we have to hand feed him to focus on the food.
He likes to play and will chase after balls but isn’t so hot on knowing what to do with them. He’s a lovely, sweet boy who we feel would fit into most environments.

He adores his little friend Dora, they play together and we would like them to be homed together if possible. He is a gorgeous goofy boy who is friendly and loving.
